(Tio Pepe is excellent and widely available.) Stir the two ingredients together, add a few garnishes, and you're done. About half as boozy as a glass of wine, it makes for ideal day-drinking. Ingredients 2 1/2 ounces fino sherry 2 1/2 ounces tonic 2-3 lime wheels 1 mint sprig, for garnish Directions In a small wine glass or a tall glass with ice, combine the fino sherry and tonic.
