Deep 5-Quart Enameled Cast Iron Oven

Williams Sonoma Staub Enameled Cast Iron Deep Oven, 5-Qt.

Williams Sonoma

This cocotte is currently on sale for 59% off, and it’s the perfect size for a wide variety of dishes, like soups, stews, sauces, and more. It’s designed to be slightly narrower than the brand’s classic cocotte, so it’s perfect for folks who like to cook with multiple pots and pans on the stove at a time. It makes up the smaller footprint by maximizing its height, with slightly taller walls. The inside is a matte-black enameled material, with a colorful exterior.  It comes with a low-profile, tight fitting lid with a silver or gold knob depending on the color you pick. Since you can use it on any stovetop or in the oven up to 500°F, the recipe options will be endless.

3.5-Quart Enameled Cast Iron Everything Braiser

Williams Sonoma Staub Enameled Cast Iron Everything Braiser

Williams Sonoma

This is a nifty piece of cookware that blends a few pieces of cookware into one. It has a wide, short skillet as the base that’s 12-inches in diameter. The walls are a bit higher than your classic skillet, with 2.25 inches of space. This makes it the perfect dish for braising, since you have plenty of space to sear and brown foods, with a little extra volume (it holds 3.5-quarts) for sauces and added ingredients. It comes with a sleek domed glass lid, allowing you to monitor your dish without releasing any steam or air. The pan is made from its enameled cast iron, so it’s nonstick and will heat up with ease. It’s on sale for $180 in the colors sage, black, cherry, lilac and more, as well as up to $200 on sale in other colors, like sapphire and teal, too.

10-Inch Enameled Cast Iron Fry Pan

Every single color of this 10-inch skillet is on sale, though you can save over 50% if you choose colors like red or teal. It’s the perfect cookware piece for searing everything from weeknight chicken or salmon, to your best holiday biscuits and casseroles. It comes with the brand’s classic enameled cast iron that’s finished with a matte black coating. It looks and sears like a traditional skillet, just with less maintenance over time. The skillet has everything you need: a long handle on one end, a helper handle on the other end, and a pour spot on either side. Use it on the stove or pop it into the oven without worrying about a thing.

7-Quart Enameled Cast Iron Round Dutch Oven

Williams Sonoma Staub Enameled Cast Iron Round Dutch Oven

Williams Sonoma

After we tested two dozen Dutch ovens to find the best one, the classic Staub cocotte came out on top. It exceeded our expectations in every way, from its performance to its construction. We found it was easy to maneuver for any recipe we tested it with, including soups, stews, and more. It browned everything beautifully and heated up evenly. Plus, we even tested its durability, to which it passed with flying colors. By and large, it's worth its value. This 7-quart size is just slightly larger than the model we tested, though it still has all the same hallmarks that make it an easy choice, especially on sale over half off.

6.5-Quart Enameled Cast Iron Wide Oval Dutch Oven

Williams Sonoma Staub Enameled Cast Iron Wide Oval Dutch Oven, 6 1/2-Qt.

Williams Sonoma

For  proteins like whole poultry, an oval Dutch oven is key. It helps evenly spread the ingredients in the pan for a more even cook time and better tasting results. Though it’s ideal for roasts like that, this 6.5-quart oval oven works wonderfully for bigger-batch soups, stews, sauces, and more. It’s oven and broiler safe with the lid up to 500°F, and can be used on any stovetop like other cast iron pieces from the brand. It has a tight fitting lid and two helper handles to easily move it from stovetop to oven. It’s the perfect gift for folks that love to meal prep or that tend to cook for more than a couple people at once.

11-Inch Enameled Cast Iron Traditional Deep Skillet

Williams Sonoma Staub Enameled Cast Iron Traditional Deep Skillet

Williams Sonoma

This deep 11-inch skillet is my trusty everyday pan. It’s made with Staub’s enameled cast iron, which has proven to have optimal heat retention for me. I love that it has a nonstick coating which really helps with the cooking process, though I do still oil it well. The deep walls are one of my favorite aspects, since I can use it for more than just sauteing broccoli or searing salmon. I’ve baked cornbread, cobblers, biscuits, and skillet brownies in it. The 11-inch diameter is incredibly versatile, and the pour spouts make it easy to drain oil, butter, or sauces. With the discount, I think it’s worth adding to your cart ASAP.

10-Inch Enameled Cast Iron Pure Grill Pan

Williams Sonoma Staub Enameled Cast Iron Pure Grill, 10"

For the cold winter days where your summer steak craving just doesn’t seem to subside, a nifty grill pan is essential. This grill pan from Staub is currently $100 on sale right now, and is the perfect size and shape for nestling right onto your stove all year round. It’s 10-inches and round, with 1.5-inch walls to keep all your ingredients and their juices inside. The bottom of the pan is lined with ridges for those charred grill marks we love, with an enameled nonstick coating to make cooking and cleaning even more seamless. It also comes with two big helper handles for easy grabbing and storing. Shop it in red and black for the lowest price, or pick it up on sale in a blue, a deep red, or a gray, too.
